Though I understand this is in reference of Amagiri being implemented in Kancolle, the picture itself has nothing to do with the Kancolle self of Amagiri and more about her namesake.

So, no. The kantai_collection tag does not apply here. If it was the shipgirl Amagiri kicking a PT Imp, now that would be a different story.
