Did Lewis Carroll write expounding on the canine victims of painful posterior protruding prunings such is "Stick Dog"? Did "Alice" feature playing cards bearing Itoshiki Nozumo's likeness? Did the White Rabbit’s pocket watch bear a penguin-face logo? All are distinctive "Zetsubou" elements, and given the artist's other works posted here, it's most likely this is one of the characters coplaying as "Alice". By the hairstyle, I'd bet it's Kitsu Chiri, the anal-retentive girl with the sharp middle part.
