    The commentary makes it seem as though Reisen is spouting off insane conspiracy theories in rapid fire. It's a lot for me to translate, so I'll defer to someone more experienced for that.

    Also, the commentary box is above the picture on Pixiv, hence the down arrows. The commentary leads into the picture.

    I suppose we could always invert the arrows for the translation.
