I can see it now, Inazuma K2, requires Prototype Hair Bands
On a side note, translating this is/was an exercise in frustration due to both having something that can't be well translated (Inazuma's speaking style) as well as danbooru constantly giving me a "Too many requests error" resulting in duplicate and often deleted translation bubbles. >_<

You need to wait 15 seconds between bubbles or marking as translated. (Horseshit, I know...)
Inazuma-chan said she wanted to try braiding her hair.Oh?That's Inazuma's "Suddenly realized something" face...'Twould appear there is a new ship girl, no?What's up, you two, changing your hairstyles and all.I lent her my hair ties, so in exchange I borrowed her barrette...I, ...no
Inazuma tends to refer to herself in the third person, which is what she does in this bubbleIn such a situation as this, if I were to alter my speech patterns and sentence endings
Here she switches to the first personNo other might uncover my identity, correct?Ah, I see. This is kinda bad...Hmm?...Huh?What's up?Seriously?Yer making one helluva face there, Inazuma-sanAll the more, since it is in black and white...Taking this pretty seriously, arencha
