    Translation?

I'll give you the full lyrics translation:

If somewhere amid that aimlessly drifting sky,
There was a planet where our wishes could flow free...
...would we try to make it there?
I wonder what we'd wish for if we did...

There are promises we couldn't keep...
And noble lights we had to sacrifice...
But even if we have nothing left,
All we can do now is follow the path we believed in.

A flower of hope... a bond tying us together,
    Now grows within our hearts.
Forever unwilting, it gives us the power
    To go on living.

A flower of hope... with the power of this bond,
Let us raise tomorrow to grow powerfully, in full bloom!
There's nowhere to return to... so let us head for our fated destination—
Letting the flag of our determination fly high,
We live on through each moment.

We were frightened of things we couldn't see,
Within a world that never loosens its grip.
But amid the waves in our hearts,
We kept one constant thing afloat!

A flower of hope... a bond tying us together,
    Now grows within our hearts.
    Sewing up our open seams,
    We can become stronger!

A flower of hope... with the power of this bond,
Let us raise tomorrow to grow powerfully, in full bloom!
Whenever it seemed we might lose sight of why we forge on,
    We realized
We have something we want to protect until the end.

On nights we cried alone, hiding our scars,
    Kindness always came flowing forth...
Because we've devoted our future to these "Tears of Determination".
