Well they are the same Class B submarine making her close relative to Iku but hearing her lines made her more of a genki fluffy gal much like Tokitsukaze (plus her hair reminds me those fluffy golden dogs)

Well she does had the voice, but she is more friendly and hyper. I guess in that artwork she is so happy that the admiral finally met her that Nimu let him to touch her fuel tanks-
