I would really like to know what Akebono says in 3rd panel to result in that reaction in panel 4, anyone?

I'm guessing Akebono wasn't actually in the room but one out of the three others said something to make it seem she was...?

Something like that. The admiral overheard "shitty admiral" and assumed it was Akebono. Then Akebono walked in, demonstrating it was actually one of the other three. Which is why in panel four they won't look her in the eye.

If I had to guess, I would say Ushio since her seiyuu is the same as Akebono.

Look like it is Ushio, from the way Tenryuu & Inazuma look at her.

She also has sweat drops.

Cool. This is the first time I saw seiyuu_connection tag not going outside a particular series...

More like, she's the only one that have them
