Hmm I actually recognize some of the ones they're based on. Ryuuko is Mitsuru, Mako is Yukari, and Nonon is Chidori. Not 100% sure but I think Sanageyama is Junpei, Gamagoori is Akihiko, and Inumata is Shinjiro. I think.

Looking at this post #71727 I think you're just about right, but Inumuta is Jin (and Satsuki is Elizabeth.)
Ryuuko: Upright: innocence, spontaneity, and free-spiritedness Reversed: Disregard for obvious dangers and recklessness. (Ryuuko lives by her own rules but remember when she went after Ragyo?) Satsuki Upright: Feminine, Beauty, abundance, Reverse: Dependence on others (Certainly, Satsuki's rather pretty and she is wealthy, however, she doesn't directly get involved unless she deems it need be). Mako Upright: Influence, power, willpower, resourcefulness, Reverse: Manipulation, greed, unused ability, untrustworthiness, trickery, conniving, cunning, lack of mental clarity (In her case, it's a little ironic, however, she does act a good influence on Ryuuko and she can be resourceful, as being poor will do that, however, Episode Seven shows she can be greedy) Uzu: Upright: Victory, overcoming obstacles, success, ambition, determination, willpower, control, self-discipline, hard work and focus, Reversed: Forcefulness, lack of direction, lack of self-control, powerlessness, aggression, coercion, being blocked by obstacles (Not exactly sure how this one would match up to him, however, he did overcome an obstacle by blinding himsef, so I think the reverse meanings would apply more so to his backstory) Ira: Upright:Justice, karmic justice, consequences, legal disputes, law, truth, honesty, integrity, cause and effect, life lessons, Reversed:Injustice, karmic retribution, dishonesty, corruption, lack of accountability, dishonesty, unfairness, karmic avoidance (This dude is chair of the discipline committee, so this card would track in some way) Houka UprightSpiritual enlightenment, soul searching, self-reflection, introspection, contemplation, inner guidance, solitude, Reversed: Loneliness, paranoia, isolation, bring reclusive, withdrawal, anti-social, restrictive, paralysed by fear. (When it comes to the Four, Houka's more so in the shadows and, outside of a few people, we don't actually see him interact with anyone) Nonon: Upright Good luck, destiny, change, karma, soulmates, decisive moments, cycles of life, fate, fortune, upheaval, chance, Reversed Bad luck, upheaval, disorder, external forces, lack of control, disruption, unwelcome change, delays, set backs (Again, not too sure how this one would fit, although, we could subscribe this card to her loyalty to Satsuki)
With all of that out of the way, thinking about it, Satsuki, tarot-wise, might be the Magician (Influence and Resourcefulness), with Mako being the Fool, Ragyou would likely be Death because, well, we've seen the show by now. An interesting thing is that, upon rewatch, you see all these readings play out at different points in the show.
