A meme from the Cantonese community in China: A Tiktok e-commerce merchant who speaks in Cantonese made an advertisement for Nama Pepsi from Japan. However, her exaggeration on the drink (or almost every product she has made ads for) and mocking tones made her into a lolcow. Nama Pepsi is one such meme.
People have made fun of it by saying that soda can cause some strange side effects mostly related to the penis, including a missing penis, growing extra penises everywhere, a glowing penis, a spinning penis, and the penis starting to talk.
