Even when Ana insults her, Sombra just laughs. But sometimes it doesn't seem like she's laughing because she's having fun... A few times her expression looks like she's only pretending to be fine...

She'd have found something new...
Or the late-stage vampire depression would get her and she'd throw herself into the sunlight...

Sombra was hungry and looking around for something to eat~

At first Ana fought back hard, but now she just stays still. So Sombra says: "How boring. Can't you make things fun for me, granny?"

After drinking Ana's blood, Sombra would probably always touch Ana's eye.
I've only been talking about Sombra, so: Ana is worn out by her long captivity. When it's time, she's fed so her blood can be drunk again. (A maid feeds her.) The light in her eyes is fading ㅠ
She worries most about her daughter, alone outside. That's why she can't even kill herself.

Ana hates the look Sombra gives when she looks down on her and mocks her most of all. She'd think something like: "Enjoying other people's pain... that wretch will get what's coming to her."

After a few months she gets bored. She drains Ana's blood until Ana passes out, then dumps her in a rice paddy near the village.

True to her rational personality, at first she did what Sombra said without much physical resistance.

It's Halloween, so here's my Vampire Sombra fantasy.

But over time she realized you can't reason with this one, and that Sombra is a psychopath who enjoys other people's pain. So she changed tactics and probably tried to kill Sombra whenever she got the chance.
(That's the only way she survives.)

Ana isn't wealthy, but she was probably living a good life raising her daughter Fareeha. Then one day, on her way back from the market, she caught Sombra's eye and probably got kidnapped and taken to the mansion.

She fell for Ana's one eye, which was completely blind and clouded over...
(Ana hurt that eye in an accident when she was young.)

After being fed on, she just sleeps for a while.

"Falling for her" here is less "kyaa, I love her so much" and more possessive, like "I want to collect her, I want to be the only one who sees her." So she locked Ana up in the mansion.

As a vampire, Sombra is immortal. She's sick of living forever and has already done everything worth doing, so she thinks about wanting to die every day. It's probably the usual late-stage vampire depression.

She'd probably reek of reeeally strong perfume.

The one thing she still enjoys is >eating people<. She especially likes eating women and young children, because she likes seeing eyes full of terror.
