If you assume the smallest squares in the background are 1 mm on each side, it's nearly 1:1. I drew each part (like the resistors in her hair ornaments...) about as detailed as I could, so maybe you can read what's written on them, or recognize a switch or servo or something from somewhere. For some reason, I actually went back and checked how she was built when I was drewing this...
