Lily´s Arrest:

Lily Revy had a very peculiar hobby to which she completely devoted herself. Fascinated by police restraints, she decided instead of trying to get them by legal means to simply steal them. But taking single pairs of handcuffs from the police station was not something that could satiate her lust, so the white-haired girl found herself a much more extreme occupation - kidnapping policewomen to leave them bound and gagged in police cars after taking all their equipment. She never put any of her victims in harm's way (not counting the tight bonds, but that can be forgiven) however, to some extent she paralyzed police operations in the city. That's why when she was finally captured no one had mercy on her - transported just now to court, she received extremely harsh restrictions as little revenge from previous victims. To the consternation of the police officers, Lily was enjoying her predicament as much as possible and gave it overly loud sounds of delight, which is why they finally tired of her behavior and made sure that the accused spent her way to court in peace and quiet.
