Everything except get married and having kids. i mean , the sister still can have kids with other men or from sperm donor and the kid is still blood related to her brother so it's technically his kid too ?! i am confused ... so they technically are family , living together and can have sex , aside from having kid and marriage , they technically can do anything. So , should i add "truth" tab ?
There's nothing physically stopping them from having kids. They might be able to pull it off if they lie about who the father is.
