Wtf is up with this artist and making Neptunia characters into skinheads? This is far from the first time a piece of theirs' has been uploaded here, and while thankfully, they've all been disapproved from being allowed to stay (hopefully, this will be taken down as well). I went through their uploads here as well, and no characters from other franchises ever get this kind of treatment, it's literally just Neptunia, it's so fucking weird.

I know of a freak on 4chan who has a thing for shaved Neptunias. I wonder if this is a commission.

Where, here? None of this artist's posts were taken down, and the only deleted one doesn't even have any tattoos.
