Is Sae a real Blue Archive character? I can't find any information on her, and looking up her full name just brings up results for an idol/actress with the same name.

No , but I made Sae aim to relate between fan-made blue archive students and late 1990s Russian regional governors

In that case, I'll replace the Blue Archive qualifier with your username so she doesn't get mistaken for an official character.
