We go by the official reference sheet/model, not commissioned art like post #5784906, also Bae still has somewhere between medium breasts and large breasts in the posts you linked and smaller than this one.

What about in the case of official MVs? Bae is as big as this image in that case

As I said we go by the official canon design, you can't just arbitrarily decide that a character having larger breasts than her official design no longer counts as alternate breast size (larger) just because from a single (or a handful) of artworks from a third party (or in this case a single frame of an MV) depicts her with huge breasts, even if it's official art.

While I broadly agree, and that stance would make tagging a lot more consistent- this seems like an excessively narrow definition of what counts as "A character depicted with breasts larger than in canon." One could equally argue that it's equally arbitrary to decide a canon depiction as Hololive does not have anything like canon tiering that some franchises would- how do we define what takes priority between works of official art? "Official canon design" is a fairly loose term, as all work under the Cover copyright is canon unless specified- you mentioned commissioned work not counting but there is no particular reason why that should be the case, as the work is signed off on by both the girls and Cover. Talents explicitly mention what is and is not canon regarding their own lore- how does this differ from official art from another franchise where multiple artists depict the same character? In that case, who should take priority?
Actually this does raise of the question of how stringently official art should be tagged- there are obviously cases of explicit breast expansion or gag work where it makes sense, but in the case a character is depicted with larger breasts than their original design, should that be tagged as alternate breast size? It does look like there is precedent for that, but it seems hard to determine the boundaries for that.
We can go off official design sheets, but there are cases where art and concept art differ, one example being IRyS' 2025 HoloNatsu outfit, where the "key visual":[post #9613067] and "character sheet":[post #9613784] by the same artist have visibly different sizes. Or situations where the same artist depicts the bust size different between outfits? Gaou is fairly infamous for this- Aqua's "first outfit":[post #3931939] vs her "later depictions":[post #4243952].
What about redesigns/artist changes? Should older art be retagged for consistencies sake? What about art that depicts the original design with the newer designs bust size? Kaela's "original outfit":[asset #21023548] vs her "newer design":[post #9758147] for example, has a noticeable increase. What about situations where the bust size is reduced? Bae herself has multiple artists for her outfits- I wouldn't argue these are less "canon" than her default or Mika designed outfits despite the designs not being done by her.
TLDR; in my opinion the terminology used is ambiguous/arbitrary and should be narrowed explicitly in the wiki entry if that's the criteria, or adhered to based on any official art otherwise, anything else just seems like a conflict of our personal opinions.
Going purely off what is written, anything that's considered canon (in this case copyrighted) should be fair game.
comment #2635031 is correct. Treating any one-off depiction as equally canon just makes these tags useless, since the alternate breast size in question is still not what you expect from a character.
I don't know how you did it, but only the example you gave of Aqua is one where I can see an actual relevant difference, the other two are pretty similar when you take the relevant context like angle and clothing into account (which you should). This isn't a case like Aqua's where she became a lot larger later on though. This is just using a random screenshot as an example, and it doesn't hold nearly the same weight.

Well then, should one-off official depictions be tagged then (as alternate)? It seems like it would be more consistent then. EDIT: With the other examples, I'll concede the Kaela one is not as big as I initially thought it was, it was more the HoloDori outfit which is not relevant to the discussion here. IRyS' side view does not support it simply being a case of her leaning forward, however.
Hey so reading it back I realize my tone was more aggressive than I intended, so I do want to apologise for that- I genuinely am just curious about how cases like these are handled since I want to tag more consistently, I didn’t mean to use those examples as gotcha moments or anything like that.

As ANON TOKYO said, it's a case-by-case basis for each image you should generally go with the canon/most common depiction of the character as the base, otherwise it makes poisons the alternate_* tags and ends up making them completely useless if anything goes, you can play it loose and forego tagging alternate breast size (larger) if you consider the breasts are only *slightly* larger than canon, in this particular case her breasts are noticeably more prominent than in most official depictions and models (post #4724951, post #6813553, post #12043298, post #12276047).
Regarding to one-off official art, it should be tagged IMO (like post #5784906 where she has borderline huge breasts as opposed to her usual medium-to-large breasts). Tags in danbooru are visual in nature and meant to be searched, a good rule of thumb when tagging in general is asking yourself "would anyone expect this post to show up/not show up in the first page of results for [insert tag name]?"

That's literally one of her models every that Hololive members have is their custome, so just shut up please
