From what I remember from the books, which isn't much admittedly, fem Snape should be less of a dick towards Harry. He was crushing on Harry's mom and was salty about her choosing an asshole over him. But with Snape as a girl their relationship could stay platonic, meaning she might actually develop a soft spot for him. Alternatively she could have had feelings for his father, leading to shenanigans as Harry grows older and starts looking more like his father. Or option C, and this one feels like something Rowling would actually do, Snape is a lesbian and hates Harry even more because he is the result of his love interest being stolen away not just by an asshole, but by a guy.
