Real life gore image used on the bands debut album. Not sure how much detail I should go into but yeah it's not an enjoyable situation being depicted.

Dreadfully and with a noticeable amount of disgust adding photo-referenced to this post, because this image is going beyond the boundaries of the album cover.

While I'm not fully versed in the legality of it, I suppose if the images themselves are public domain and available they are fair game. It's not uncommon for extreme death metal groups to use explicit images.

Added a Twitter thread in the commentary where the artist explicitly says that while it's absolutely inspired/based on those kind of images, this artwork is not directly based on those specific images. As such, removing photo-referenced, Pissgrave, and album cover redraw.

If someone disagrees or wishes to dig further, feel free to dive into the rabbit hole yourself to do more detailed comparisons and revert the changes if needed.
I'll stick to my happy place of endlessly doubting between blue eyes/aqua eyes and small breasts/medium breasts.
