You can tell from this person's portfolio that at the bare minimum they've been using AI for lineart. It definitely does 95% of the work for them in most pieces and they have some rudimentary ability to color themselves redraw for details, hands, and difference frames. A common occurrence these days, especially when patreon money is involved. Their 'style' is not only different between every image, but oftentimes within the image itself their anatomy and detail is incongruent with itself as a super "well-rendered" image suddenly has cheap, nearly ms painted hands.
Interesting interaction where they haven't been questioned much on twitter about it but the one time it happened they deleted both the tweet above and the pixiv image linked therein. Also wonder why they have comments muted on all their social media, pixiv etc

Having comments muted and deleting posts when someone points out AI use is suspicious, but could you be more specific about the differences in style? It is normal practice for something to have better rendering, usually the face, the focal point, or simply the part that the artist loves to draw.
Hello. I looked at the illustration with attention. All I can say is that the main drawing looks fine. The way the hands are drawn looks 100% natural for someone who's still practicing and improving. Or you could say, many of us draw hands like that when we don't have much experience with hands. So, while trying to keep control of the lines, we draw them slowly. That's how it looks normally, depending on the tablet that you use too. The result can be "wavy lines in a specific area". We usually try to solve it with drawing lines faster with quick lines, or with setting up the tool's stability. But the hands are particularly more difficult in this regard. The pattern in the thigh highs looks consistent with a repeater pattern used manually, such as in Clip Studio. All looks like a normal drawing.
