a lot of people already pointed out that Malfoy's behaviors fit more in a female relationship, but i will copypaste them here just in case >try to cozy up to a famous kid on the first day >get rejected >hates his guts ever since so the natural conclusion is, D.Malfoy makes more sense as a girl (Dracia Malfoid ?)
Though I don't think this was on purpose by the artist, but realizing this trend probably will rattle JK Rowling and other TERFs. Wait and see how far mainstream this thing will be.

That would be funny, but I don't know if Rowling would care all that much (unless they start drawing Malfoy saying "Trans rights" or something, but that would be really out of character for him). She dabbled in genderswapping herself with the Polyjuice Potion (though it was more of a temporary disguise to look like another character, not for genderswapping specifically).

Rowling doesn’t even hate trans people, what is wrong you people
All she ever even said was that she wants women's shelters to be for biological women, because a biological woman's experiences and struggles are completely different from a trans woman's.

Not to mention donating to anti-trans groups like For Women Scotland and establishing the JK Rowling Women’s Fund. Stuff like that is a major reason why people were calling for a boycott of Hogwarts Legacy and other Potter-related media; they didn't want to indirectly fund organizations that would oppress them.
No, of course not. Trans-Exclusive Radical Feminist is not a slur just like how racist and homophobe are not slurs. Some people may be too quick to use them and falsely accuse others of being them, but that still doesn't make them slurs. The only ones treating it as a slur are the ones that don't want to be held accountable for their words or actions. It's especially hypocritical when those same people claim their right to free speech is under attack.
In Rowling's case, TERF is a perfectly accurate way to describe her. She advocates for women's rights in general, framing their struggles as caused largely by the patriarchy, making her a radical feminist. However, she does not consider trans women worthy of the same advocacy, instead considering the recognition of trans rights as another way the patriarchy oppresses women, making her trans-exclusive.

Doesn't matter how accurate they are. If you call someone of a particular race, gender or belief a slur for that corresponding kind of thing, it's still a slur.

but it's not a slur. and if you really cared about slurs anyway, you wouldn't be using derogatory language up-thread or on other posts. there is no way on Earth these are good faith concerns from you, you're just trolling

I do think the entire mainstream way of thinking regarding slurs is ridiculous, and I do very much care about that because I think it is also destructive. Hence why I'm bringing it up, to dispute that system of thinking. So if I come of as a bit sardonic, it may be that I'm mocking the system because I think it should be mocked, but I will do so in good faith, because I will keep an open mind to actual argumentation.
Imagine being the guy who thought it was a good idea to raceswap Severus Bullied-And-Hanged-From-A-Tree Snape and having to defend your job to your boss after the shitstorm that caused only to turn around and see the absolute goldmine of a missed opportunity that was genderswapping Malfoy.
I'm actually kind of annoyed how quickly this character degenerated into a generic tsundere arch-type. This kind of quiet, alluring, yet still genuinely antagonistic and malicious vibe is so, so much more interesting. (and hot)

Oh I much prefer Dracaena's personality much closer to canon (rich shit head who uses status and money to bully his way around and talked big about the dark arts only to get way over in their head when Evil is Cool does not apply to Voldemort and the Death Eaters one bit) as opposed to making her a generic tsun.
"Albert? When I came to you with those calculations, we thought we might start a chain reaction that would destroy heal the entire world..." "What of it?" "I believe we did."
