I remade my main oc, Tatsuko's character sheet for all my lovely new followers, featuring better art and a better description of her quirk! (Personality description in the comments because I ran out of space)

Height: 168 cm
Bloodtype: A

Quirk: Utility
Tatsuko's quirk is a combination of her birth parents' quirks, teleportation and telekinesis.
But instead of her just mentally being able to control it, there are "pockets" of band-shaped telekinetic energy embedded all over her body that she simply calls Rings. She can imprint these Rings on different objects to move them, or teleport them to her or away to a fixed location (like her dorm room, where she keeps several weapons. she cannot choose a new location to send items to, only send them back where they came from.) Because the energy interacts with her whole body, there's an overall energy trade where the muscles underneath an active Ring process cellular respiration as if she were actually using the muscles. She has to carefully balance using the Rings with her actual movements because the combined activity leaves her much more prone to fatigue, cramps, and lactic acidosis.
The less atomic variance and item has, the easier and quicker it is to teleport because it is much less likely the item will be reassembled incorrectly. Her favorite weapons are made from very pure metals so Tatsuko can move them with little effort, but larger items, or items found on the street may take several minutes to rebuild at her location. She is slowly learning how to use her quirk on people, but because of the complexity of humans it is FAR too dangerous to use on herself or others at highschool age.
She can't attach her rings to non-solids on the fly, so she tends to be weak to elemental and energy-based quirks.
