For the record, I never attacked anyone for posting these comments, and I never downvoted any of them either. I'm just saying the general culture on this site discourages things like simple emoji responses (you can just upvote the post instead) or comments directed to the artist (assuming tie post isn't a self-upload, of course).
The userbase doesn't want to see a bunch of emojis like 😍 filling up the comments. That's just how it is on this site. Complaining about it won't change anything.

You can appreciate art without yelling it out to the world. If you have nothing meaningful to say, which you clearly don't since all you did was post a single emoji, then you're better off saying nothing. The fact that a meaningless score bothers you so much is a sign that you yourself have some growing to do.

People on Danbooru don't really like one worded 'spammy' comments on here. Ones like that get downvoted. If you dislike how it is, I'm sorry but it's been like that since I joined in 09.
