Because the commentary is untranslatable, unscrutable. It is a riddle draped in a mystery, kept in the Sphynx's safe, and he just ate the key. The riddle that is this commentary will, if ever translated, start a new gold age for mankind, in which we shall all ascend from our bestial idiocy and become our own gods, having achieved perfection, pectoral muscles, and really fucking good hair.
