Eeeeh... I mean, this is Public Planet. Their Akyuu is a complete psycho.
I wouldn't put it below her to try to assassinate Patchouli through a cretinenous plan to then write whatever she wants.

And then she'd get visited by Remilia, the still-alive-but-not-really-because-she's-a-vampire-like-Kevin-but-less-cool-because-she's-only-half-of-a-vampire-wizard friend of the now late Patchouli, and she'd end up flying through several paper walls.
