Eye Guy x Noivern
(Playlist 2)
Artist Notes: Eye Guy 2.0! I’ve decided to go ahead and redo Eye Guy since I was never fully satisfied using Claydol. But in my defense there’s not that much multi eyed Pokemon that could fit that description. As a side note this will be the ONLY redesign that I’ll do since I’m happy with my choices for the other aliens.
