What if Shirou were injected with Arach's Idea Blood serums?
For those who aren't familiar with this, let me explain. Idea Blood is the result of the Blood granted to Dead Apostles by the Crimson Moon merging with and being enhanced by the unique abilities they possessed before becoming vampires. The Blood itself can be passed down to the next generation, meaning a successor Dead Apostle can inherit it. However, the Idea attached to it cannot be inherited. The Idea is determined solely by the successor's own unique abilities. Because of this, a new generation of Dead Apostle Ancestors does not simply inherit the abilities of the previous Ancestor. Instead, they develop a new Idea based on their own innate potential and abilities.
However, Roa considered this a flaw of Dead Apostles and created a ritual that allowed Ideas to be inherited. By killing a previous Ancestor, he developed a method to take their Ideas and convert them into his own abilities. Using this technique, Roa traveled to the North Sea and passed it on to Vlov, manipulating him into stealing the Idea of Zaria, his master and a Dead Apostle Ancestor. Ciel, one of Roa's reincarnations, also mastered this ritual. She uses it to perform high-level magecraft based on the Idea Bloods of the 22nd and 25th Dead Apostle Ancestors.
If Shirou had been injected with Arach's serum and Idea Blood, do you think he could have become a Dead Apostle Ancestor-level vampire? Even Noel, who was considered talentless and weak, reached Rank VI as a Dead Apostle after just six injections. Shirou is a natural-born fighter and a prodigy, so I think he could probably make it all the way to Rank IX (a Dead Apostle Ancestor).
