Based on comments I've read from other people on other sites, it seems like sticking fingers with long nails into a vagina (whether it be your own or someone else's) is a really good way to injure said vagina. That's why Toregene beng a bottom specifically is important - she's the one having fingers stuck into her vagina, not the one doing the sticking.
