Kaguya doesn't actually say anything different from the usual "Jeweled Branch of Hourai," but 玉 can refer to jewels or just balls, so she's making a pun - it's an [eye]Balled Branch of Hourai. In an attempt to at least have any kind of joke in English, I've referred to the amateur writing cliche of describing eyes as "[colour adjective, often jewel-related] orbs," EG "Mokou's ruby orbs."
