Okay Senpai, you really don't have an excuse anymore. This is a woman in a higher position in an "intimate" relationship with a junior and it doesn't interfere with their work in the slightest.

In fact it only seems to amplify just how they balance work and life in a way that does not interfere with one another and they still enjoy things together.
