First deployed in U.C. 406, the ESRM-17 Militair is the current main-line use man-machine in service of the Earth Sphere Space Forces. Versatile, maneuverable, and well-armed, it is ubiquitous throughout the space settlements of each side, along with the ESSF fleets and various military installations, which include Konpei Island and Luna 2. The Militair has also benefited from nearly two centuries of miniaturization innovations, from the incorporation of Minovski thrusters to portable beam rifles and shields, and even a smaller-scaled I-field barrier for improved survivability.
