Artist (Nin nin!)
Sorry it's not a busty character!
It's Tokio, Tokio from the oh-so-nostalgic "Fighting Vipers".
I drew this back in the spring of 1996. I just dug it up from my archives.
I drew this illustration on a whim because a certain artist friend of mine loved "Fighting Vipers". I colored it with Copic markers and gave it to them.
So, I only had the line art left in my possession.
I'm really looking forward to the Dreamcast release of "Fighting Vipers 2".
