My sickly little quilt-maker. I made him to go with his partner’s recent portrait, as I haven’t finished a whole piece of him in a couple months.
[ID: A gold, blue, lack and white based Illustration. The illustration is framed with dark Sephardi architecture, dark-colored mati and lily of the valley. Depicted is a young, sickly man with dark circles under his eyes and long peyos wearing a mixture of stylized Greek and Sephardi clothing, a tallit over his shoulder and a wedding ring on his hand. His hands are scarred and injured, he is holding a paper chain of different evil eye talismans he has carved for his love to keep with him while he travels. To either side of him are two wedding crowns, one bearing lily of the valley and the other bearing bull thistles. A sun with the magen david glows behind his head]
