I believe one eye is missing or damaged and no longer sighted; its not a different color so much as clouded over. Heterochromia may not apply here.
Corneal scar, though it wasn't populated nor did it have a wiki. I think heterochromia is fine since they do appear to be different colors, but now there's an additional tag to be more specific that it's scarring.
