someone tagged the left one as Virgo Zodiarts and the only connection i can find is Kujou Hikari via Tanaka Rie because she's blonde. idk who is the blue hair girl wearing Libra Zodiarts next to her tho. that character seems to have never appeared in an anime so there is no voice actor
Don't know how to tag so here's some of the missing ones (from right to left). First panel: - Asahina Mirai dressed as Yoshio Kobayashi from Ranpo Kitan (shared VA) - Hanami Kotoha dressed as Kojuurou Shuri from Masamune-kun's Revenge (shared VA) - The girl below Libra Zodiarts looks like Hishikawa Rikka but I couldn't find a connection. - Natuski Rin dressed as Kamatari Honjou from Rurouni Kenshin (shared VA) Second panel: - In the speech bubble, Washio Takashi producer of Futari wa Precure with the body of Mepple from same series. - Syrup from Yes Precure 5 GoGo (he's wearing his usual outift so I don't think there's another reference, or maybe the pose?) - Pekorin with the body of Worm Guildy from Ore, Twintail ni Narimasu (shared VA) - Sparda, but I don't know who her outfit is referencing. Following the otokonoko and shared VA theme it could be Ruka Urushibara from Steins;Gate or maybe Jonathan Saint Georges from New Prince of Tennis. - No idea, maybe Wolfrun(?) - Akagi Towa dressed as Kurapika from HxH (shared VA) - Sakagami Ayumi(?) dressed as as Kalluto Zoldyck from HxH (shared VA) - Minazuki Karen Third panel: - Soular in his alter ego Minami Shun dressed as Joroi Takeshi from Infini-T Force (Shared VA) - Okada Joe dressed as Johji Minami from Infini-T Force (Shared VA) - The girl on the background is Pumplulu Princess who is voiced by Hanazawa Kana who also voices Belle Lynn from Infini-T Force - My first thought was Sabaaku Hakase from Heartcatch Precure because Soular says "Hakase", but he looks like Damian Gray from Infini-T Force who shares VA with Elisio from Kira Kira Precure. - Mepple fused with Ken Washio from Infini-T Force (Shared VA) - In the speech bubble, Bassdrum dressed as Z from Infini-T Force (Shared VA)
