I went ahead and translated this since it's been sitting around for a week. Better translators out there are free to change whatever looks iffy. Sanae's last line in particular seems like it has plenty of meanings, so I wasn't sure where to go with that one.

And sound effects. Bah.

Thanks for your efforts. I wouldn't worry too much about sound effects and stuff; it's nice to have them, sure, but ultimately incidental (usually). Can always add the partially_translated tag if you like, but I think you did good work.
