HAPPY BIRTHDAY MITSURU
Image Description
Mitsuru from Persona 4 Arena in a white swimsuit! She has her arms on her waist. She's staring at the viewer with a smile :). She's cel-shaded with blue and yellow highlights. The background is a blue sky (hehe get it) with darker clouds in the air.
