Any utility for a pixel-perfect md5 mismatch tag?

Something I've been thinking about after looking through a bunch of old Fandom uploads. As mentioned in forum #459860, I guess there are a lot of posts that would potentially qualify for this tag, but it also feels wrong to not tag an md5 mismatch as such (even if it's not a resolution mismatch). But also does anyone even really care (aside from me being finicky) that post #5365474 apparently has metadata on Fandom that's different than the metadata on danbooru even though pixel-for-pixel they're otherwise identical, even down to the filetype. Just throwing it out there as a future record of "that proposal is stupid" if nothing else I guess.

Ehh idk. It's basically be like "PPD available" if I understand correctly? Not horrible but I also don't see much benefit, since in a lot of cases they shouldn't be replaced anyway so it becomes just padding.

I'd prefer not. Besides people rifling through MD5 mismatch looking to either fix posts or 1up them, it can also be an indicator that a post might need to be replaced, and the answer in most cases is no or a case that isn't really wrong yet still trips this exact scenario (Newgrounds for example, where I've been slowly replacing webp with the original png/jpg/gif file). Humans usually aren't gardening this passively without stumbling on a post doing something else.
