convert pool:18446 -> practical_female_armor
i think this is a fairly unambiguous case for a conversion from a collection pool to a general tag. honestly not entirely sure why i created it as a pool instead of a tag in the first place. there may be some ambiguity in what qualifies under it, but that's no more an issue for a tag than for a pool.
