Discovered this fanart through Reddit, SauceNao has a record of it existing on Pixiv, but unfortunately it's been deleted there despite the artist's page both still existing and still having quite a few GuP fanarts; luckily, the Twitter version still exists, but unless someone backed up the Pixiv one, we have presumably lost access to the hi-res version of this image. Such a tragedy.

Based on some of the earlier pages, it seems to be both Harry and Malfoid were Isekai. The confusing part though is that it did show "Harry" back as a baby, so he didn't just replace an already teenaged harry potter, but then Malfoid seems to have completely different memories as she seemed to grow up with Harry.
Not just Malfoid, but even the other students seem to all be on the same page as Malfoid, especially with how some of them already know Malfoid and Harry are kinda a couple. Everyone seems to know they are close except for our Isekai Harry.
So unless that 2nd page is an error on the artist, it makes more sense to me that Isekai Harry possessed this world's Harry right in the middle of when he was already in school, the rest was just self narration of how much of the original book Isekai Harry remembers.
It's been a thing for a bit in fanfiction, to have regressors/loopers from different loops happening to meet because their loops overlapped. That might be what's happening here.
It'd be hilarious if literally everyone in this AU is technically Isekai'd.

This joke still makes me laugh, because as new events are released, it really seems like the developers are intentionally having the Commander get further with other Nikkes than he does with Rapi. And the worst part is that you can’t even defend Rapi, since, for some reason, she sometimes willingly gives the green light—or even encourages—the Commander to get closer to other Nikkes.

True. She is sometimes seen being jealous and somewhat possessive, and suddenly she's setting up sexy situations for the Commander and giving him a thumbs up.
Snape is crying because he saw himself in Harry here. At least that's what I think. Just like he lashed out at Lily when being bullied by James, so did Harry lash out at Malfoy. That's why he doesn't kick Harry out once he discovers them in the bathroom.

Well shit... Here's hoping she retains her sanity better then sunset did.
I can understand her being pissed. Whatever Sunset was to her Sunset meant something and she was tasked with hunting her down because Sunset had gone rogue and was a danger to everyone. She had to put down someone she cared about. But then to find out that her superiors are greedy pigs who don't practice what they preach, that could push anyone off the deep end.
Whatever happens from here on out, one thing is for certain... it'll change things in a big way.
