On the last page of the booklet for this soundtrack CD, the staff credit listed Asuka Pyon and Kobuichi (the two artists for this visual novel) as the jacket illustrators (this image).
The uploader's Pixiv profile states that "Fan arts are drawn by my friend," so I tagged this as a second-party source. If anyone stumbles across the original artist, I'd appreciate it.
I'm not sure why Tyrone has taken such a shine to All Tomorrows.... but I'm absolutely here for it
All tomorrows completely changed my mind about world of books. Seriosly, after this I realized, books are more rich and obscene, than any filmed things
Are we sure this isn't the work of Kurahana Chinatsu? Kusakihara has drawn characters for Heroes and his style is visibly very different from Kurahana's, which is quite distinctive even among FE's crop of artists.

It's mostly guesswork since the eyes/faces of Kusakihara's art is similar to those of the portraits. Brave Marianne is the most egregous example of this (though I wouldn't be surprised if it was simply traced):

Kusakihara drew that some years after 3H came out. I'm wondering if this merits a forum thread, since I'm personally strongly convinced all of the official art for FW has been Kurahana's work. Feel free to let me know what you think, though.

This begs the question: do thirens based off of oviparous animals (animals that lay eggs) lay eggs themselfs? Or are they too human for that? This question begs another, much weirder question: do female thirens based off of oviparous animals lay unfertilized eggs during mensturation? Either way, you probably shouldn't eat that, Wise.
Logically speaking, they shouldn't lay legs, but logic hardly matters with them. As for why, remember that eggs don't grow after being laid, they would need to lay eggs large enough to contain a fully grown baby, which equates to even more difficult births because an egg isn't as squishy as a baby. There would be no reason why they wouldn't lay unfertilized eggs, since getting rid of the unfertilized egg is the point of the menstruation process. So yeah, menstruation would be the equivalent of suffering through childbirth every single month.
Don't ask why I had such a detailed explanation ready.

Im not a woman so i cant confirm this, but if im not wrong women get hungry during that time of the month (maybe due to the pain? Again, im not a woman so i couldnt give you a good awnser), which might explain why cissia is always hungry.

So just mildly worse than normal periods. Checks out.
Are we sure the cum tags are right? Based on a very rough translation I did, Letty mentions she feels hot. So Iโm guessing the fluid on her is actually her sweat.

Ehh, I kind of see the resemblance? Granted it looks quite sticky, but idk maybe this artist draws sweat weird. But also there's more telling reasons I think it's sweat.
First, the actual cum in the fanbox continuation of this art looks more globby and thicker. And it has a different shade of white.
Second, like I said before, based on an image translation Letty never mentions any previous sex but she does mention several times how her body feels hot.
Third, if it really was cum, she'd probably tease the pov like "Wow, you've already blew your load all over me and you're still going?" If you read through most of Fusu's works, the girl almost always mentions obvious stuff, that's just how this artist writes the dialogue. The fact that Letty isn't even acknowledging the mystery liquid on her would be very weird if it was semen.
Who knows, maybe I'm wrong, and the fluid on her really IS cum that partially dried up, and for some reason Fusu decided to break away from his usual writing habits here. But until it's settled beyond a doubt, I'm still leaning towards sweat.
