do note that Valparaiso was nerfed but still remain one of the god tier battleships in the game.

Attempting to torpedo a Valparaiso WITH SIMS of all DD's is just asking to die spectacularly

do note that Valparaiso was nerfed but still remain one of the god tier battleships in the game.

"nerf" also in massive quotes because the only things touched on it was the amount it could heal per charge and the percentage of citadel damage it could heal.

neither of which were the major reasons why it's such an oppressive ship to play against.
