FYI, this is most likely traced from AI. The OP (Asami) has been exposed back in December for being an AI tracer. Also, look at the hair. Wow, that's a lot of looping.
Could just be her hair is wet, though, but I don't think having wet hair has your hair loop back to your root. (dear god i sound like an asshole)
Seriously how the fuck do you recognize that? I only know it because it inspired Portuguese architecture in Age of Empires 2, but otherwise, I'd likely be lost as to whether it's Portuguese, Spanish, or South-French.
