Source: I cleared entire decks in Black Flag. And the guy in Black Flag isn't even an assassin until later in the game. Ezio Auditore also murder a whole lot of people when he's tired of punching old men in the face.

The wiki mentions them in Annette's page but they aren't listed as a character in the npcs section for some reason

It seems to fit the bill. Purpose: for someone at their beck and call to carry small, important people safely around, and have them be the talk of the town with everyone coming up to admire them. Whatever could go wrong?
