This is the earliest I've been able to find still intact; the reblog is dated 2014, but the original post could have been as early as 2011. Which is why I'm wondering if Draco Malfoy is more appropriate than Malfoid, since this far precedes any concept of the trend (similar to post #4743679 and some others).

It is, and all of these pre-Malfoid designs should be gardened out at some point, but NNT thinks it's better to wait until after the hype has died down before we start gardening it:

That's not gonna stop when we change the name to Malfoid. It's a given with art trends like these.
There's no much point fussing over it right now, in an ideal world if we had virtual tags we'd just redirect malfoid to genderswap (mtf) + Draco malfoy, but we don't (yet) have that kind of function, so it's fine to ignore mistags for this specific tag for a few months. We can sort out specific chartags and designs once it stops being popular.
Trying to overpolice this tag while it's at its most popular would do more harm than good for us.

Lmao the statue is blushing too.

Also, I am fairly certain we won't be adding a tag for this, but what is the term where the patina of a copper/bronze statue is worn off due to repeated touches and abrasure?

For example: There is a bronze male grave in france who has his crotch shiny because women kept touching it for fertility, and a female statue in ?Dutch? whose breasts are touched for good luck?
